Plinqit, Inc. (the “Company”) the creators of Plinqit, take the privacy of personal information about the users of the Company’s products very seriously. The Privacy Policy explains what personal and other information is collected and stored through our website and application collectively the application (“Plinqit”) and how we use that information in connection with our services (“Services”). Unless otherwise stated this policy only applies to personal information collected through Plinqit.

If you decide to upload a personal image (owned by you) that is associated with your savings goal and goal amount, it may be shared with other users of Plinqit. No other personal information will be associated with this image. We may associate your device identifiers or mobile phone number with your use of Plinqit. When we combine identifiers with Personal Information this information will be considered Personal Information for the purposes of this Privacy Policy. Accessing Your Information You must notify us of any change in your Personal Information by updating your account via the application. It is your responsibility to keep your Personal Information up to date by updating your information in the application or by contacting us at support@plinqit.com. We are not responsible for costs or other issues arising from your failure to keep your Personal Information up to date. Deleting Your Account You may request we delete your account for the Services. To request deletion of your account email support@plinqit.com requesting the deletion of your account. Deleting the mobile application from your device does not constitute a request to delete your account. Once your request to delete your account has been processed, we will promptly disconnect any connection we may have established with your account information and delete all account credentials. Please note that we may need to retain some or all of your data beyond your account deletion for purposes of record keeping and regulatory compliance as required by federal, state or local law. Security We utilize commercially reasonable physical, technical, and administrative security measures to help protect information gathered through use of our Services. We work to control against misuse, loss, and alteration. We use firewalls, encryption, and authentication procedures for example and among other methods for securing your information and online sessions. Children’s Privacy Plinqit and its Services are intended for adult use only. We do not knowingly allow or collect information from children under the age of 18. By using our Services you represent to us that you are over the age of 18 or such older age as may represent the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
